How To Cancel Order After Payment?

If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.

If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are ADDING other products, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact us and we will process the updated order; there is usually no additional fee for this service. Generally, if your order is in an early part of the processing stage, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund.

Note: If you find that there is a problem and you need to change or cancel the order after the order is successfully placed, please contact us immediately by email to avoid causing you trouble.

How To Return

  1. Please contact our customer service firstly in case you want to return or exchange items. We will try our best to help you and offer you return details (Name, Address etc.). The customer service email is [email protected].
  2. You can return items within 30 days of delivery; We will provide a full refund or exchange.
  3. If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting for every product affected. We will resend a new package or give you full refund.
  4. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
  5. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. This includes product returns due to the buyer choosing the wrong size/color or because they don’t like the item (no product defects). We will afford the return shipping fee if the products come with quality problems.
  6. There is no any extra procedure fees for return or exchange.
  7. Please do not ship the parcel via any kind of express shipping or courier mailing service. If you do so and customs fees are imposed, we will not be responsible for fee payment. Please only use the standard local postal service.
  8. Refund will be done in 3 business days after we receive the return parcel.

Note: Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Under which circumstances would an item be able to be exchanged or returned?

Quality Issues:

Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within 30 days after receiving the garment. Although we carefully check all merchandise for visible defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is free from any defects or problems. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.


We will exchange your product in cases where the purchased product does not match the item ordered. For instance, it is not the color that you ordered, or the item you received does not match the style that you ordered.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
